What's the difference between sex therapy and sex coaching?  

A sex therapist works with clients to uncover the root cause of sexual concerns and struggles. Asks WHY things are, with a deep examination of past history and relationships, with the goal of healing pain and becoming whole.

A sex coach's approach is rooted in the present and looks forward. Who are you today, and how would you like to relate differently to yourself and to others? In what ways do you aspire to be a different version of yourself?

Are you ready to change your perspective about sex?

As your coach, I'll help you expand your knowledge and increase your confidence. You'll learn new ways to relate to yourself and to others, with a focus on connection, intimacy and pleasure.
